Common production steps:
- Block Selection - Carefully selecting raw stone blocks based on color, texture, and quality.
- Cutting - Using diamond gang saws or wire saws to cut blocks into slabs of desired thickness.
- Calibrating - Ensuring uniform thickness across all pieces.
- Polishing/Honing - Surface treatment according to customer requirements.
- Cut-to-Size - Precision cutting into final dimensions using CNC machines.
- Edge Processing - Shaping and finishing edges as specified.
- Quality Inspection - Thorough checking of dimensions, surface quality, and color consistency.
- Packing - Secure packaging for safe transportation.
Quality Control
After the products are produced, the next step is quality control. If this step is not well controlled, it is futile to do all the above links perfectly. Therefore, our company has always regarded the construction of quality control team as the top priority.
