Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a comprehensive enterprise integrating quarry mining, stone processing, import & export, and domestic project installation. We own quarries and factories, so we can offer factory-direct prices.

Q: Where is your company located?
A: Our head office is in Xiamen, Fujian Province. We own quarries of China Imperial Grey and G603 granite, together with factories based in Quanzhou and Qingdao.

Q: What stone materials do you supply?
A: We supply granite, marble, sandstone, travertine, slate, quartz, limestone, basalt, onyx, agate, and artificial stone in various forms including slabs, tiles, cut-to-size, countertops, sinks, cultural stones, sculptures, fireplaces, mosaics, tombstones, and more.

Order Questions

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The minimum order quantity is 100 square meters, also adjustable according to your requirements.

Q: What is your delivery time?
A: The delivery time is about 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C at sight.

Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, we provide free samples. The shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Quality Questions

Q: Do your products have certifications?
A: Yes, our products have passed SGS CE certification. We can also provide CO (Certificate of Origin), various embassy certifications, and COC certification.

Q: How do you control quality?
A: We have a dedicated Quality Control team that checks every product before shipping. Our QC process includes dimension accuracy checks, surface quality inspection, polishing degree measurement, and packing integrity verification.

Q: Can you accept custom designs?
A: Yes, we welcome custom designs and sizes. Our professional technical team can work with your drawings and specifications to produce exactly what you need.

Shipping Questions

Q: How do you pack the products?
A: Different products use different packaging methods. Slabs are packed in wooden bundles with foam protection. Tiles are packed in wooden crates with styrofoam between each piece. Countertops are individually wrapped plus wooden crate. Kerbstones are packed on wooden pallets with steel belt reinforcement.

Q: Which countries do you export to?
A: We have developed good relationships with customers from Japan, USA, Canada, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Iceland, and other European, Southeast Asian, and Middle Eastern countries.

Q: Can you help with shipping arrangements?
A: Yes, we work closely with major shipping companies around the world to ensure the timeliness and safety of product delivery. We can arrange FOB, CIF, or door-to-door shipping.
